Do you take my insurance?

While I do not accept insurance.  I do however use an out of network process.  By establishing this as my process it provides me with the time needed to focus on my clients’ needs and allows for more thorough preparations for each session rather than taking extra time billing insurances. 

This means at the time of service you would be expected to pay the full session fee cash, check, or credit card.   From that point I will provide you with a superbill (receipt of services), sent to you electronically which you can submit to your insurance for partial or full reimbursement. 

How much will my insurance reimbursement be?

We are unable to know what your insurance will reimburse, every policy is different.  However, you can call your insurance and ask what they are willing to reimburse for an Out of Network Mental Health provider. 


When you are inquiring about benefits please ask about any deductibles and the allowable amounts for 90837 while keeping in mind our rates.


All of my clients use this process and most receive 60-80% back in reimbursement.  Some clients have full coverage/reimbursement and a small portion of clients have no coverage.  A lot of clients will charge the session and wait for the reimbursement check in the mail. 

What are your COVID-19 safety precautions?

Safety and wellness are two of our top priorities.  While meeting in the sessions via teletherapy video platform is not ideal it is the safest and easiest way for you to receive the services you need in the safety of your own space.

How private and secure is the teletherapy video platform?

The platform that is used is HIPAA compliant, secure and private to ensure that the sensitive nature of the session is protected.  A unique link will be sent to you inviting you to your specific session to ensure privacy.
