About Your Counselor:
Rachel L. Kendzejeski MSW, LCSW-C
Psychotherapist/Clinical Social Worker
As a clinician with over 15 years of clinical experience, it is a passion of mine to connect with each client where they are in their life journey and help them achieve their personal and relationship goals.
I provide authenticity, respect, a person centered care approach, nonjudgmental feedback and compassion with each client experience. I have had the privilege of engaging in therapeutic relationships with individuals, couples, groups, and families during my clinical experience.
I have had the opportunity to genuinely connect with my clients and meet them where they are in their life experiences and challenges. And I have been able to hold space with them as they navigate their own unique healing process.
In this process I introduce effective strategies and practical skills while adopting new insights and perspectives about their stressors, relationships, and circumstances. Recognizing the uniqueness of every client's personal journey creates an opportunity to individualize the therapeutic work and empower the clients to take control of their lives. Fostering a belief of possibility through self reflection, identification of therapy needs, and setting and achieving goals.
Paramount in all of my work with my clients is a focus on creating a safe, nonjudgmental and comforting therapy environment where you can be vulnerable to work through the challenges in your life and relationships. A space to feel capable to improve self worth, healing, emotional growth, and willingness to make healthy changes.
