About Your Counselor:
Rachel L. Kendzejeski MSW, LCSW-C
Psychotherapist/Clinical Social Worker
As a clinician with over 14 years of clinical experience, it is a passion of mine to connect with each client where they are in their life journey and help them achieve their personal and relationship goals. I provide authenticity, respect, a person centered care approach, nonjudgmental feedback and compassion with each client experience.
I have had the privilege of engaging in therapeutic relationships with individuals, families, groups, and couples during my clinical experience. I have had the opportunity to help them learn effective strategies and practical skills while adopting new insights and perspectives about their stressors, relationships, and circumstances.
Recognizing the uniqueness of every client's personal journey creates an opportunity to individualize the therapeutic work and empower the clients to take control of their lives through self reflection, identification of therapy needs, and setting and achieving goals.
My goal as your counselor is to create a safe, nonjudgmental and comforting therapy environment where you can be vulnerable to work through the challenges in your life and relationships; and improve self worth, healing, emotional growth, and willingness to make healthy changes.
